Neustift im Stubaital is located on a height of nearly 1000 meters in the county of Innsbruck Land in the Austrian federal state of Tyrol. It is one of the most popular regions in Austria for winter sports. In winter Neustift im Stubaital offers best conditions for beginner, families with children as well as for more experienced skiers. In summer the region is rather known for its hiking and mountain bike trails.

Neustift im Stubaital is located in one of the most beautiful valleys of the Alps. It is one of the high mountain valleys of Tyrol. At the entrance you will find huge limestone massifs. Further back there are the peaks Gneis- and Granitgipfel with more than 3000 meters. Yet, Nesutift im Stubiatal isn ot only known for its glaciers but also for its cultural buildings . For instance, there is the church of holy Geroge which is the second biggest vilage church in Tyrol. Due to its geographic location at the foot of the stunning glacier massif Neustift im Stubaital can guarantee its guests pure ski fun all year long. It's about 23 km to the regional capital of Tyrol named Innsbruck. It is recommendable to visit the city of the 1976 Olympic winter games, especially when the weather is not good enough for skiing.
